Who we are

Software that understands a before and after

We could have built a tool for any kind of business. It would have been easier to sell and far easier to build. We chose the opposite: to understand one profession inside out and cover all of it.

How we got here

The numbers that didn't add up

No clinic ever told us "I need a CRM". They told us far more specific things, and they all pointed in the same direction.

Where it started

Seven tools for a single clinic

A diary over here. Patient records in folders, or in a word processor. Informed consent forms signed on paper and scanned by hand. Invoicing in another program that talks to nothing else. Reminders sent from the personal phone of whoever was on reception. And a spreadsheet holding it all together. It worked, yes — as long as someone remembered everything.

The first attempt

Generic tools know contacts, not patients

We tried what was out there: platforms built for estate agents, accountants or gyms. And that's the problem. Generic software manages "customers" and "events". It doesn't know what a pre-surgical consultation is, or an informed consent form, or why a rhinoplasty can't be booked into the same theatre as an aesthetic medicine session. Every clinic ended up bending the software by hand until it broke.

The decision

We chose one profession

We decided to go vertical: to give up "works for any business" so we could say "knows what you do". It's a costly trade-off — the market shrinks overnight — but it changes the conversation: instead of explaining to the software how a clinic works, the software already knows.

The hard part

A single module fixes nothing

This is where most people stop, and we get it: building a nice-looking diary is doable; building the diary, the clinical record, quotes, signed consent forms, Verifactu invoicing, time tracking and online payments is a whole different order of effort. But every missing piece reopens a spreadsheet, and an open spreadsheet drags everything else down with it. It's complete or it's useless.

Today

And on top of that, it answers the phone

The last thing we added wasn't a screen but someone to answer: voice and WhatsApp agents that pick up the call at ten at night, answer the question, book the appointment and leave a trail in the patient history. Because a clinic's admin work doesn't stick to office hours.

What going vertical means

Everything a clinic does in a day, in one place

1

Platform. Not one per task: the diary, the clinical record and the invoice are the same system.

24/7

The AI receptionist never closes: it answers, screens urgent cases and books appointments in the small hours.

0

Spreadsheets needed. If you need one, we're missing a feature.

100%

Of your invoicing, with Verifactu built in and no separate accounting software.

How we work

Three things we won't compromise on

Reviewed by people who treat patients

No feature makes it in because it looks good in a demo. It makes it in when a practising surgeon or aesthetic doctor confirms it saves them time on an ordinary Tuesday morning.

Clinical data isn't just any data

Clinical records, photos, consent forms and invoices are fully traceable: who did it, when and from where. If you're ever asked, it's all documented.

There's a real person on the other end

AI looks after your patients; we look after you. When something's not right, you hear from someone who knows your clinic, not a ticket number.

Shall we look at it with your clinic in mind?

Half an hour is enough to see whether this fits the way you work. And if it doesn't, we'll tell you.
